Simon Hohenberg - Director
Simon is the Founder/Director of Realea, establishing the business following more than 15 years experience of acquisitions, corporate investments, portfolio acquisitions and joint ventures.
During his career he has acquired land opportunities which have delivered over 2,000 new homes within mixed-use schemes across London & the South East of England, with a combined Gross Development Value approaching £1billion.
Simon has worked for market-leading developers including Barratt Homes, Greystar Real Estate Partners and IDM Properties where he was responsible for the implementation of acquisition strategies, site sourcing and planning the delivery of development schemes.
Outside of work life, Simon enjoys sports including skiing, tennis and football. He is a keen traveller, with a bucket list of destinations still to visit.
